What is the cost of registration?

Registration on eServSol is free of charge.

What subscription model is available?

We do not have any subscription models.

What are the fees and costs for craftsmen and service providers (contractors)?

For craftsmen and service providers (contractors) our service is free of charge. This means that for the use of our platform and all associated modules, the contractor / service partner (craftsmen and service providers) neither a commission nor other costs arise.

As a craftsman, can I manage multiple trades & employees?

Yes, there is the possibility to manage multiple employees. In the individual profiles, I can in turn add the most diverse trades and skills.

Can I refuse orders?

If you do not like an order, you do not have to do anything. If you like the order, you can simply confirm it.

Who sets the hourly wage?

You set the hourly wage for the activity and individual employees yourself.

How do I receive orders?

There are 4 ways to receive orders. Two of them are generated by “matching” and your qualifications. In the other two ways you will receive requests for a quote/advertisement or a request for proposal.

Do I need to be listed with B2B customers (principals)?

The long and cumbersome process of listing with the B2B customer is eliminated because we are already listed here.

Is there any support?

Yes, our support team is available from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EDT).

How do I know that there is a new order/request for me?

You will be notified by a push message in the app.

How do I know that a craftsman has accepted my order?

You will be notified by a push message in the app.

In how many languages is the app available?
Currently our app is available in 18 languages.

My trade/activity is not listed. What options do I have?
If you notice that an activity or a trade is missing, we can quickly add it for you. In this case, please feel free to contact our support team.
Can I also edit my data on the PC/Mac?
Yes, you can also log in and edit all data via our web connection. This works easily and securely with any web browser.
